Jaymi's Cheer team was invited to perform at the Jordan/Alta High School Basketball half time show. The Jordan cheerleaders were so cute with them and the crowd of teenagers cheered them on so cute. It was very touching as a mother watching so much love towards our kids. One of the local news stations was even there to film.
We have had a very mild winter and were able to enjoy a few days at the park in sunshine.
We did some re-arranging of bedrooms. We moved Bryn in with Jaymi on a bunk bed we got from a neighbor for free and moved Kaelyn to her own room and into a big girl bed.
I ran to IKEA to get mattresses for the beds and couldn't find them anywhere until I realized they were these rolls. You would never know it now.
The girls have been getting lots of quality time with friend Sarah and baby Blake these days.
My cute friend Lacie came over for a play date and brought her gel nail kit and did the girls nails. They were so excited!
I took the girls to check out the preschool Bryn will be going to next year. She is going to have so much fun. I'm so excited because we will be carpooling with two other girls in the neighbor and so I won't have to drive her every week.
We took a stop off at one of our old favorite parks. We use to go here all the time when Jaymi first got home.
Uncle Ryan and Aunt Amanda put Kaelyn to bed one night and when we got her up in the morning we couldn't stop laughing because she was in Jaymi's jammies.
Jaymi is such a sweet big sister.
Kaelyn's 13 month streak of staying out of the big house hospital was broken. She ended up with a nasty case of RSV and spent 5 days up at Primary Children's.
We were all happy she made it home in time for Valentines day!
My friends little boys class made this cute blanket at their valentines party to give to a child in the hospital. When she heard she was their she gave it to her. So sweet.
Bryn dressed herself with the babysitter and spent all day with her jeans on backwards.
Bryn scored big time with treats at daddy's office. Donut, cookie, swedish fist and jelly bellies.

Bryn and I got to help with Jaymi's valentines party at school.
For Valentines day we got to celebrate Jaymi's 2 year "Fam"iversary. Its crazy that she has only been here for two years. We got pizza with cousins and of course frozen yogurt!
Thank goodness for big boys that can manually push the carousal for you.

Jaymi's cheer team had pictures and all the girls got to get their hair and makeup professionally done. Cute little besties.
Bryn was excited to find a mannequin that had pants that matched her shirt at the Under Armor Outlet. Jaymi was terrified the first time she saw a headless mannequin when she first. I finally convinced her that it was silly and not real. Now she gives them all hugs.
Bryn having a popcorn movie party with her buddy Lily while their sisters were at cheer.
I'm still playing volleyball, still wishing I was taller. My team took first place in the all-night volleyball tournament.
Jaymi's cheer competition season is in full swing.

I am the coordinator of the UDSF new parent breakfasts and my first one was in February. We had a great turnout and I thought it went very well. Its so fun to see all the cute new babies and to reflect on when we were in the same place as these new parents of children with Down syndrome and to think of how much things have changed in our lives and hearts since those early days.
The girls beautiful portraits were displayed at the Utah Rare Disease Conference.
