Easter Week

We have been enjoying the warmer weather this Easter week and have done a few fun things with friends.

Wayne took the girls up for a short hike one night while I was at a basketball  party.

Bryn has a bit of a shoe fetish.  She was thrilled that these boots doubled as pants for her.

We met our friends at the new Scheels up the street.  They have lots of stuffed animals, a play pin, bikes to try out and a ferris wheel.  This life sized bear was a little creepy for the kids but they were all brave and touched it.

On Tuesday we had a little egg hunt and park date with the neighbors and our friends Cohen and Avery.  Bryn was all over the candy eggs.  I opened on for Jaymi and looked over to see she had stuff all 13 jelly beans in her mouth at once and was just oozing jelly bean juice.  Nice.

Thursday we met our friends Liz, Oakley and Tyson at their fun neighborhood park.  It was nice because there was a park just for little ones separate from the bigger park.  It was the perfect size for Kaelyn, Bryn and Tyson.

Friday night we went and got take out and at it at a park near by.  Then Jaymi, Bryn and I played until it was almost pitch dark outside while daddy and Kaelyn stayed warm in the car.

Jaymi gets braver and braver each time we go to the park.  She climbed up this wall all by  herself.  We are so proud of her.

 Sunday was the annual Bonner Family Easter hunt.  The girls had a great time and the weather could not have been better.  The girls Easter dresses this year were little dresses I bought last year to help me know what size of clothing Jaymi was wearing.  After we got home they were on sale so I grabbed a 2T one for Kaelyn.  Initally I bought a 3T and 4T.  Luckily the 4T still fit Jaymi and Bryn pulled off the 3T.  It worked out perfectly!

The girls and I hit the grocery store today and were loving the extra long, three seater shopping cart.  We had a bit of trouble manuvering this beast, but with Jaymi and Bryn helping me push we got it done.  Jaymi's hair is getting so long, we tried out a fun french braid today.
