Well after a day or two on the floor, they had to move Kaelyn to the ICU so that she could go on high flow oxygen. She kept getting a little worse each day, but has stayed about the same the last couple days, so we are just waiting for her little body to kick this dang virus out on the curb. It's pretty sad to see our happy little girl so miserable, and just not her playful self at all. Thanks for all the prayers and concern.
This is how I left her tonight, sleeping in the Chinese splits...that girl.

I so hate to see her this way and I can only imagine how your mommy and daddy hearts are feeling but ... we know the feisty one and she will kick this thing in no time and be cut loose for home before you know it.Love and kisses and healing prayers for the sweet little love.
How do her legs bend like that? Wow! I think she knew you were going to Hawaii, so she got better for that and now she's sick again. Maybe you should tell her you're going back to Hawaii. :) Tell her her aunt Liz will take her. Hope she gets smiling again. I love that girl.
Oh sweet baby, you sleep just like Arina! Praying you are home soon, and glad that she's been able to avoid c-pap or even worse, the dreaded vent!

i'm so sorry little Kaelyn! boo for hospitals! we are thinking about you! it's no fun when you have sick kids period, let alone o2 and a hospital crib :( but we know she will kick it! and be her happy self soon! Prayers!
